Zumba with Nikkita
Here's a little about me:
- I am a high energy instructor, however classes are "Go at your own pace"
- My classes are for EVERYONE, all ages & fitness levels are welcome!
- Most participants burn at least 400 calories per class
- My playlist honors the core fundamentals of Zumba salsa, reggaeton, etc. but i also incorporate hip-hop, batchata, line dancing, afro beats, belly dancing and more!
- I create my own choreography incorperating music geared to what my students enjoy!
